INGREDIENTS |
• 1 pumpkin
• 6 carrots
• 2 potatoes
• 200 ml fresh cream
• 1 onion
• 50g garlic butter
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp ground ginger
• 1 tbsp white pepper
• Garlic bread croutons
PREPARATION |
1. Peel, seed, chop and dice the pumpkin. Peel the carrots, potatoes and dice them. Peel the onion. Put the vegetables in a pot and cover with water. Heat the water, add salt and the peeled items.
2. Once the vegetables are well cooked, put them in a food processor in order to get a smooth mash. Pour the mash into the pot and heat it.
3. After boiling, add butter and fresh cream. Season and serve hot, topped with croutons.
