INGREDIENTS |
- 1 cup of cooked millet
- 1/8 of a mango diced
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander
- 3 diced cucumbers
- ½ diced red pepper
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped basil leaves
- 2 tbsp goji berries
- 1 squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp salt
PREPARATION |
1. Mix the ingredients together.
2. Add lemon juice, olive oil, salt and serve.
