INGREDIENTS |
- 1L milk
- 100g Egyptian rice
- 250g water
- 150g sugar
- 10g orange blossom water
- 25g rose water
- 1 packet miske (mastic) powder
- 500g rose loukoum
PREPARATION |
1. Wash the rice and boil until half cooked. Add milk and let it boil over low heat to cook. Add the sugar and mix. Add the orange blossom water, the rose water and the miske powder. Mix, then remove from the flame.
2. Pour in small bowls and wait until it cools.
3. Heat the loukoum covered in powdered sugar over low heat until it becomes liquid.
4. Add the melted loukoum on top of the cooled preparation. Serve cold.
