- 1 kg of meat
- 75g salt
- 75g pepper
- 200g breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 100g ketchup
PREPARATION |
1. Chop the beef twice (very fine), add salt, white pepper, breadcrumbs, egg and ketchup. Mix well.
2. Grill patty and serve with condiments and toppings of your choice.
