BAKED KATAIFI PRAWNS WITH MUHAMARA SAUCE

INGREDIENTS |
- 6 large king prawns, peeled except
for head and tail - Kataifi pastry
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Muhumara Sauce
Muhamara sauce
- 50g walnuts
- 2 bell peppers, roasted and peeled
- ½ tbsp harissa
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 240ml olive oil
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
PREPARATION |
1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend to a coarse paste consistency.
2. Kataifi prawn method: Wrap kataifi around prawns.
3. Place on a tray, drizzle with olive oil and bake in oven at 180°C.
4. Serve with muhamara sauce.
