Gavin showed interest in radio as a young schoolboy. He spent hours in his bedroom making radio shows that nobody ever heard. Gavin secured his first job in Italy working at a tourist station, after graduating from the National Broadcasting School in London

It was off to Radio Caroline, one of Britain’s famous radio ships, where he presented ‘The Breakfast Show’. Tired of the constant storms, Gavin headed to beautiful Normandy in France and joined Contact 94. Galaxy Radio in Bristol and Napa FM in Cyprus came next, which is where he fell in love with a station based in Lebanon – Radio One. He has been presenting “Gavin Ford in the Morning”, Lebanon’s most listened to breakfast show since 1996.
