INGREDIENTS |
- 30ml Gin Banana (recipe follows)
- 20ml Tahina Gin (recipe follows)
- 3 drops orange blossom
- 3 drops flower water
- 120ml Schweppes tonic water
- Garnish: chocolate rim
- Glass: steamless wine glass
Tahina Gin
- 700ml gin
- 150g tahina
Infuse all ingredients for 2 hours than distill at 60 degrees using the rotary evaporator
Preparation: 3 hrs
Gin Banana
- 1000ml gin
- 250g ripe banana
- 5g pectinex ultra sp-l
Blend all ingredients in a blender and rotate them for 20 minutes in centrifuge in order to clarify and remove all the banana sediments.

Put all the ingredients in a shaker, gently muddle the basil, shake with ice cubes and serve over a big chunk of ice.
