With an MBA in Business and a quick ascension in her career in Finance, Maya combined her expertise in Finance with her passion for food and Beverage in 2000 which quickly turned into victory with a number of success stories in Lebanon and the region. She conceived, developed and managed more than 30 concepts to date in nine different countries. She also co-manages the Food Studio Consultancy company, counseling for Internationally renowned companies In five continents and more than 15 countries. Member of the Board of the Syndicate of Restaurant owners in Lebanon.
