MICHELIN-STARRED DINNER ON 15 JULY AT MANARA ARTS & CULTURE, JORDAN
Three Michelin chefs from Germany and the Netherlands, an American food writer, and two Jordanian chefs are coming together on Saturday, July 15th, at Manara Arts & Culture for a unique culinary collaboration in celebration of World Youth Skills Day. The sparkling summer reception begins at 6:30 PM, followed by dinner at 7:00 PM. All food served will be 100% local and seasonal.
This dinner event serves as the highlight of a four-day culinary tour taking place from July 12th to July 15th. During the tour, the visiting Michelin chefs and food writers will embark on a journey “From Farm to Fork” in Irbid, Jerash, Ajloun, Fuheis, and Salt. They will have the opportunity to meet local young farmers and chefs, and savor the flavors of the beautiful North.
The tour is organized by Hospitality in Health (HIH) in partnership with the Jordan Tourism Board, with the aim of promoting Sustainable Culinary Tourism in the Kingdom.
This marks the 7th and final “From Farm to Fork” dinner within this context, as the team has been working on creating the book “From Farm to Fork in Jordan.” This book will showcase the rich content and food stories gathered throughout the project, and the team is grateful for this valuable collection.
