Four Master Chefs will gather at STAY by Yannick Alléno, located in One&Only The Palm, on April 5th and 6th, 2024, for an exclusive culinary event titled “Four Chefs, One Table.” This extraordinary dining affair promises an evening of unparalleled gastronomic delights, meticulously curated by four renowned culinary maestros.
Moreover, leading the ensemble is the legendary Yannick Alléno, recently acclaimed as Chef Mentor by Michelin Guide France 2024. With an illustrious career spanning over four decades and an impressive collection of 16 MICHELIN stars, Chef Alléno continues to redefine modern French cuisine with his unparalleled expertise and innovation. Also, joining Chef Alléno are three other culinary virtuosos: Executive Chef Maxime Guilbert, known for his innovative fusion of French and Japanese cuisine; Executive Chef Julien Tongourian, renowned for his mastery of French culinary traditions; and Pastry Chef Narae Kim, celebrated for her enchanting desserts.
Not to mention, the meticulously crafted 8-course menu promises to harmonize each chef’s distinctive style and influences. Finally, highlights include Uni Tart by Chef Guilbert, Stewed Morels with Foie Gras by Chef Tongourian, and a decadent Cocoa Gavottes dessert by Pastry Chef Kim.
