Akle Eatery offers more than just a meal; it’s a celebration of Lebanon’s culinary heritage. This unique establishment provides premium meat cuts, frozen ready meals, and mouneh, showcasing the best of Lebanese cuisine.
THE FOOD
- Premium Meat Cuts & Grill: For meat lovers, Akle Eatery offers a wide selection of locally sourced beef, chicken, mutton, and lamb, prepared to perfection on the grill. Frozen ready meals are also available for those who crave delicious Lebanese food but lack the time or skills to prepare it.
- Mouneh & Mezze: Don’t leave without stocking up on mouneh, a Lebanese specialty you’ll find in abundance at Akle.
- Dine-In & Takeout Options: Akle Eatery caters to both dine-in and takeout preferences. Their snack menu features Lebanese classics like shawarmas, boneless chicken, manouche, sandwiches, pizzas, and burgers, showcasing the diversity of Lebanon’s culinary offerings.
We interviewed Dany Khairallah, a firm believer that Lebanon offers some of the world’s best foodservice. He is on a quest to provide deliciousness in each and every bite at his latest concept, Aklé Eatery.
What can you tell us about the place?
Aklé Eatery is managed by a set of partners with diverse experience: Chef Georges Khattar, who initially inspired me to take on this career path; Chef Abdo Chokor, my soul partner who cooks every meal to perfection; Wassim Younes, who has extensive knowledge in catering and hospitality; and Dr. Dough Abdo Khoury. Our combined knowledge and experience surely ensure that our clients receive the best food, quality service, and value for money.
What differentiates Aklé from similar concepts in the market?
Being an expert in the food industry, I have already succeeded in being part of many major brands in Lebanon. Focusing on food quality was and still is my priority. I believe that providing clients with superior products maintains a brand’s image and increases customer loyalty through memorable culinary experiences.
What are your future plans?
I aim to continue providing consistency and excellence at Tavolina Bistro, Slate Bistro Grill, and Aklé Eatery, and working on elevating these concepts further. My goal is to be the best Lebanese quick-service restaurant, one that can take creativity to new heights by reaching every single home and satisfying every food lover.
