Mawsam is an online store; or supermarket; assembling, selling and delivering products from small scale producers belonging to these categories: Mouneh or provisions, Honey, Jams and Sweets, Cosmetics, Crackers, Spirits and Crafts.

The producers, they work with, are either producing in rural Lebanon or in urban cities. What makes them different is the fact that their trade is not yet industrialized and their value chain is somehow belonging to the Slow Food approach.
