ALAN GEAAM OPENS QASTI IN PARIS
On February 17th, Alan Geaam, the first and only Lebanese Michelin Star Awarded Chef launched his new Lebanese bistro Qasti, in the heart of the Marais, Paris.
Qasti, meaning “my story” in Lebanese, is the chef’s personal culinary story that he would like to share with the world. Guests can expect Lebanese cuisine with a personal touch and a modern French bistro twist.
Qasti can seat up to 30 persons inside and 10 persons on the terrace. The decor is the work of the agency Honneur Society. With Lebanon as their only inspiration, they collaborated with numerous Lebanese artisans such as the artist Linnéa Andersson who adorned the walls with magnificent frescoes in shades of blue giving the room a beautiful light.
