INGREDIENTS |
• 150g cream cheese
• 2 large tbsp sugar crystals
• 2 tbsp milk powder
• 2 eggs
• ½ cup fresh cream
• ½ cup kamareddine syrup
• 2 tbsp white flour
• 1 pack Filo dough
PREPARATION |
1. Put cheese cream in a mixer bowl. Add sugar and milk. Mix for 4 minutes. Add 2 eggs and mix again
for 2 minutes.
2. Add fresh cream, kamareddine syrup and flour, then mix well for 2 minutes.
3. Put three layers of dough into an aluminum cup, add butter to ingredients and bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 140°C. Serve on top of a sesame biscuit.
