INGREDIENTS |
• 200ml homemade almond milk
• 1 medium-sized banana
• 1 tsp chia seeds
• 1 tsp sweetener of your choice
(maple, agave, honey) or 1 date
• 1 tsp Lucuma powder
• A pinch of vanilla powder
PREPARATION |
1. Put all ingredients in a blender along with two ice cubes. Blend on high until smooth.
