INGREDIENTS |
• 1 farm fresh egg
• Butter
• Salt and pepper
• Black truffle
PREPARATION |
1. Put a fresh egg in a saucepan of boiling, salted water after having carefully cleaned it using a piece of cloth (not wet)
2. Take egg out of the water, shake i off and serve with a bit of sea salt, a piece of butter and a few slices of black truffles. Slice toast into fingers for dipping.
