BREAK THE ICE

INGREDIENTS |
- 3cl Campari bitter
- 3cl Mancino Rosso Amaranto vermouth
- 3cl Hard Seltzer (sparkling citrus spirit)
- Splash of Soda (optional)
PREPARATION |
- In a mixing glass, give both ingredients a few quick turns over ice until combined.
- Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice block.
- Complete with a splash of seltzer/soda.
- When it comes to the garnish, orange is the classic choice.
