INGREDIENTS |
• ½ pcs sundried tomato and black olive baguette
• 35g bresaola
• 50g pesto mayonnaise
• 30g cherry tomatoes
• 20g rocket leaves
• 80g orange
• 30ml balsamic and oil vinaigrette
PREPARATION |
1. Heat the bread in the oven. Slice the baguette horizontally. Spread the basil mayo sauce on both sides of
the baguette.
2. Add the cherry tomatoes and orange pieces. Toss the rocket with the balsamic vinaigrette and add it to the sandwich. Add the bresaola and serve.
