Carmen is one of the top etiquette & protocol experts. She conducts various corporate workshops, one-to-one training sessions, as well as group interactive sessions,  in Lebanon and the Gulf countries. Most recently Carmen conducted an extensive etiquette and protocol training for Junior Lebanese Diplomats at the Lebanese Ministry of Foreign affairs. She is a regular guest on leading local and International TV and radio stations as well as newspapers.
