- 10g chanklish
- 15g cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 1 bunch basil
- 5 sprigs of parsley
- 20g green onions, julienned
- 50 ml olive oil
- 1 pinch of red pepper powder
1. Cut the chanklish into cubes.
2. Mix with the cherry tomatoes, basil, green onions and parsley.
3. Drizzle the olive oil on top and plate.
4. Garnish with red pepper powder.
