Tell us a bit about yourself.
I studied and had my diploma in cuisine & pastry in Paris at Ferrandi school. then I worked in a Michelin star restaurant in Paris for a few years before deciding to become a private chef and participating in Top Chef Middle East. I am currently a consultant; I create my own recipes. Cooking is a passion, and an art of creating emotions and memories. .

Passion, love, art, flavor & color.
When did you discover your passion for cooking?
I discovered it at the age of 8 years old with my grandmother.
What is your greatest inspiration? Who has been your favorite mentor?
I take my inspiration from art and music. My favorite mentors are Alain Ducasse & Cédric Grolet.
What is your signature dish?
Actually, it is a pastry dish, the Chokaroub, it’s a pie dark chocolate with debs b tahini entremets.
