- 350g puffed rice
- 500g praline
- 250g dark Callebaut chocolate
Chocolate Sauce
- 500g Callebaut dark chocolat
- 300g milk
- 50g butter
Whipped cream
- 500g cream
- 40g sugar
- 1g vanilla

Decoration
Melt milk chocolate and cocoa butter, create the decor.
Crispy Praline
Mix the melted chocolate, praline and puffed rice. Keep in the fridge
Chocolate Sauce
- Heat the milk.
- Pour over the chopped chocolate and the butter.
- Mix to obtain a sauce.
Whipped cream
Mix the whipped cream with sugar and vanilla.
