Chef Bertrand Le Gallic began his career in France at La Tour d’Argent and Le Meurice in Paris with Chef Yannick Alleno. After few years in Michelin Stars Restaurant he joins Le Cordon Bleu Madrid as Pastry Chef Instructor. He continued his career in Dubai as executive Pastry Chef at The Bvlgari Resort Hotel. Currently he is the Technical Advisor at EMF Emirates.
