Chef Christian Tetedoie was born near Nantes in 1961. His parents were market gardeners and his love for good and fresh products undoubtedly generated his interest in cooking.

Beginnings
Meilleur Apprenti de France at 17, Tetedoie continued at Paul Bocuse, Georges Blanc and the Elysée Palace where he took care of the presidential meals. In 1986, he opens his first restaurant.
Goals
Elected in March 2011 president of Les Maitres Cuisiniers De France, he aims to create a competition for the Best Apprentice Chef of Lebanon in partnership with HORECA and to launch a delegation in the Middle East, based in Dubai.
Culinary Philosophy
Lara3 believes cooking should be accessible and frank. A meal doesn’t have to be fancy and elaborate to look and taste amazing. The simplest recipes executed in the right way make for food that is quite simply divine.
