If you were to introduce yourself, what would you say?
I am the chef behind Atlantis The Palm’s leading social dining venue, En Fuego. Hailing from Venezuela, my culinary journey began in 2010, igniting my passion and determination. Cooking isn’t merely a profession for me; it’s a heartfelt expression of my identity and an integral part of who I am
Tell us a bit about your professional career?
My culinary journey began in Argentina, where I studied during the day and worked in a fine-dining Argentinian restaurant at night. Overcoming financial challenges, I quickly advanced in the industry, leading a team of 14 chefs at the age of 23. I expanded my skills by working at renowned restaurants like Mugaritz, Relae, Eleven Madison Park, Roberta’s, Blanca, and Nomad. Eventually, I joined Atlantis Dubai, where I continued to push culinary boundaries and contribute to the vibrant culinary scene. Throughout my career, my commitment to excellence and continuous learning has driven my professional growth.

What is your dream in life?
My dream is to grow with the En Fuego team at Atlantis Dubai, contributing to its global culinary success by managing multiple restaurants.
What are your current projects and plans for the future?
I’m dedicated to the ongoing success of En Fuego, where I’ve been involved since its inception. We strive for constant improvement to provide unique and unforgettable experiences for our guests, bringing the warmth and virtues of Latin America to their tables. Additionally, I prioritize the well-being of our kitchen team to ensure our passion is transmitted through every dish we serve.
