Chef Gantner started working in restaurants in Paris, such as: La Tour D’argent, Le Meurice with Yannick Alleno. Worked as a private chef in St Tropez, as a Sous-Chef in Spain, and as a chef in Luxembourg. Finally came to Lebanon in 2013 and became Executive Chef of Centrale restaurant and gives Cooking Classes at Kitchenlab Monot Street (Achrafieh).

Lara3 believes cooking should be accessible and frank. A meal doesn’t have to be fancy and elaborate to look and taste amazing. The simplest recipes executed in the right way make for food that is quite simply divine.
