Maroun Chedid Cooking Academy founded by celebrity Chef Maroun Chedid, is leading the way with a unique collaboration with French Pastry Chef, Philippe Bertrand. which entails a 5-day pastry masterclass conducted by the latter in a contemporary 700m² space academy located in the heart of Beirut. This partnership’s goal is provide rising entrepreneurs and professionals, in Lebanon, with considerable experience, the necessary tools to learn how to create modern French entremets and petit gâteaux, and introduce new trends in chocolate and pastry making.
