Consultant Chef Roy Hazboun has over than 19 years of experience. He taught cooking techniques for several years. He is passionate in creating food and raising the Middle Eastern Cuisine. He opened more than 15 restaurants in Lebanon and abroad. He is the Chef for Lactalis Group Lebanon. He was the Executive Chef for Amaleen Restaurant when he has been nominated to “Lebanese restaurant of the year”.
