Serge Ghazarian is a Lebanese chef with over 20 years of experience in the culinary world. He serves as the Regional Executive Chef at Carlton Al Moaibed Company in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, overseeing various types of operations such as hotels, catering, online restaurants, and nutrition centers.
Chef Serge has participated in several training sessions with Michelin-starred chefs and has completed Sous Vide training with Mr. Bruno at CREA France.
Memberships and Awards
Chef Serge is a Certified Master Chef from the World Master Chef Society UK, Ambassador for global Gastronomy in Greece, Maître Rotisseur in La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs France, and a member of the Lebanese Chefs Gold Club. He was also a contestant on TOP CHEF for the Middle East countries in Dubai and was elected as the top contestant many times during the show.
