Chef Serge Manuel Ghazarian is a Lebanese chef with Armenian roots. In 2002 he attended the Ecole Hoteliere for a kitchen apprentice level then achieved a degree in Hotel Management. Now with more than 14 years of experience he is Executive Chef at LAC Company known as (Lamesa) and the developer Chef at Les Delice de Bacha Catering.

Culinary Philosophy
Dream big and work hard. I'm inspired by the living legend chef Marco Pierre White who had a big dream and he fought to achieve it by becoming the youngest 3 Star Michelin Chef.

Chef Ghazarian is a member of the Lebanese Chefs Club, member of Culinary Art Armenia and Founder of Ghazarian Culinary Consultancy.
Culinary Philosophy
Lara3 believes cooking should be accessible and frank. A meal doesn’t have to be fancy and elaborate to look and taste amazing. The simplest recipes executed in the right way make for food that is quite simply divine.
