In a remarkable culinary showcase, Smoked Room at St. Regis Gardens, The Palm Jumeirah, will host an extraordinary Four Hands Dinner featuring acclaimed chefs Dani García and Grégoire Berger. Set for May 27th and 28th, this event will blend the contrasting elements of fire and water into a gastronomic symphony.
The dinner series, called “Where Fire Meets Water,” explores the dynamic interplay between these forces. This unique experience goes beyond dining, mixing the intense, smoky flavors of fire with the subtle tastes of water. The aim is to evoke a range of emotions, from mystery and suspense to excitement and awe, through a dramatic and sensory meal.
Chef Dani García, known for his inventive Andalusian cuisine, will represent Fire. His mastery at the Smoked Room in Madrid, which earned two Michelin stars, showcases his skill in using smoke and embers to create visually stunning and flavorful dishes.
Chef Grégoire Berger, from the one Michelin-starred Ossiano at Atlantis, The Palm, Dubai, will represent Water. Inspired by the ocean and coastal landscapes, Berger’s dishes reflect his respect for seasonality, terroir, and sea foraging, telling the story of his global culinary journey.
Together, these chefs will create a menu that pushes the boundaries of gastronomy while honoring the natural elements of Fire and Water. Their collaboration at Smoked Room promises to showcase their shared vision of innovation and respect for nature’s elements.
