Strawberry salad with chicken

CHICKEN & POULTRY

GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST WITH FRESH STRAWBERRY SALAD

Serves 1
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 rocca, bunch
  • 20 strawberries
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • 150g halloumi cheese
  • 500g chicken breast, deboned
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 1tbsp garlic powder
  • 2tbsp red vinegar
  • ½tbsp mardakouch
  • ½ bunch zaatar
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • White pepper to taste

PREPARATION

1. Roast the chicken and Halloumi cheese in olive oil, put in the burger bun.

2. Add the strawberry paste and greenery.

3. Top with balsamic sauce, sprinkle parmesan cheese, white pepper and salt.
