INGREDIENTS |
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup Oil
- 1 cup Laban or Buttermilk
- 2 cups Sugar
- 2 cups Flour
- ½ cup Cocoa
- ½ tsp Baking soda
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tbsp Vanilla
PREPARATION |
1. Preheat your oven to 180ºC.
2. Grease and flour a 10-cup Bundt cake pan.
3. In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar and add the oil.
4. Add the vanilla.
5. Whisk the baking powder, baking soda, salt and cocoa in the flour.
6. Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture alternately with the buttermilk, beating just until smooth.
7. Pour the cake batter into the prepared Bundt pan.
8. Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.
9. Let cool before serving.
