INGREDIENTS |
- 3 cups pomegranate seeds
- 200 g high quality dark melted chocolate
- 1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
PREPARATION |
1. Sprinkle the pomegranate seeds in the heart shaped muffins.
2. Pipe the melted chocolate in 1 layer above the pomegranate seeds.
3. Sprinkle again a layer of pomegranate, then add a layer of chocolate above, then a last layer of pomegranate.
4. Finalize with a pinch of Himalayan salt at each heart shaped muffin.
5. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
