- 3 frozen bananas
- 20 g dark chocolate
- 5 dates
- 1tbsp peanut/almond butter
- 2tbsp oats
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt/coconut cream
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp ground flaxseeds
- Pinch of salt
PREPARATION |
- Soak the dates in water until they soften.
