COCONUT FRENCH TOAST

INGREDIENTS |
For the French Toast:
- 2 slices brioche bread (thick-cut)
- 20g MAGGI coconut milk powder
- 70ml milk
- 30ml fresh cream
- 40g NESTLÉ condensed milk
- 1 Egg
- 30g sugar
- 2ml vanilla extract
- 20g butter
For the Toppings:
- 40g NESTLÉ dulce de leche
- 30g marshmallows
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- fresh fruits – as desired (strawberries, bananas, mangoes, etc.)
PREPARATION |
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, fresh cream, MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder, NESTLÉ Condensed Milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until fully combined and smooth.
- Dip the brioche slices into the batter, ensuring they absorb the mixture without becoming too soggy. Let them rest for one to two minutes.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Add the butter and allow it to melt.
- Place the soaked brioche slices in the pan and cook for two to three minutes per side, or until golden brown and caramelized.
- Once done, remove from heat.
- In a small saucepan or microwave, melt the marshmallows with a splash of milk until smooth and gooey.
- Stack the French toast on a plate.
- Drizzle with NESTLÉ Dulce de Leche.
- Pour over the melted marshmallow topping.
- Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- Garnish with fresh fruits.
