DINE WITH A MICHELIN STAR POWER DUO
Chef Giovanni Papi collaborates with Three Michelin-Starred Chef Heinz Beck at Armani Ristorante on November 9 and 10, 2023
In November, Dubai’s Armani/Ristorante is hosting a special 4-hands dinner event in collaboration with the 14th Italian Cuisine World Summit. This unique dining experience, titled “La Grande Cucina Del Benessere” (the Great Italian Cuisine of Wellbeing), will feature Michelin-starred chef Heinz Beck working alongside Armani/Ristorante’s chef Giovanni Papi to create a 6-course menu celebrating the summit’s 10th-anniversary.
Heinz Beck, a renowned culinary figure, has earned three Michelin stars for his work in various Michelin-starred restaurants. His culinary expertise and creativity will add a unique touch to the dinner’s menu. The theme of the night is focused on healthy, simple, and nutritious Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, reflecting Chef Beck’s commitment to using fresh and organic ingredients.
The menu includes Mediterranean-inspired dishes such as Grilled Cuttlefish Salad, marinated Amberjack, Langoustine with Roots and Chestnuts, Legumes Tortellini with White Truffle, and more. Chef Papi also contributes with a Beetroot Bun featuring Fresh Figs and Aged Aceto Balsamico Pearl, as well as mains like Risotto Riserva and Braised Wagyu Cheek. The dinner concludes with a delectable Sugar Sphere dessert.
