- 2 large eggplant, fried or grilled
- 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced
- 5 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 pita bread, toasted
- 2 lemons Juice
- Olive oil
- 1 pomegranate molasses
- 1 garlic clove
