INGREDIENTS |
• 2 poached eggs
• 2 toasted muffins (should be
English)
• 150g sliced smoked salmon
• 150 ml hollandaise sauce
• 8g sliced chives
PREPARATION |
1. On a flat grill, place the two pieces of the English muffin and cook till its golden. Spread a bit of melted butter. Place in a plate topped with two smoked salmon roses and the poached eggs.
2. Finish with prepared hollandaise sauce and sprinkle chopped chives on top. Plate with a selection of lettuce, grilled peppers, and asparagus.
