1. Tell us a bit about your professional career.
My career took a defining turn in 2020 when I earned three Michelin stars for my restaurant in Milan, solidifying my philosophy of talent and territory. Since moving to Milan in 2016, I have been on a journey to celebrate Italian heritage through contemporary techniques. Over the years, I have opened multiple restaurants, each offering a unique interpretation of the talent behind it and the regional traditions it represents. My approach blends classic Italian recipes with modern creativity, allowing each restaurant to tell a distinctive culinary story.

4. What are your current projects and plans?
At the moment, revitalizing Roberto’s Dubai is my top priority. Bringing fresh, original ideas to a dynamic city like Dubai requires precision, creativity, and strong teamwork. The goal is to create something truly remarkable—a culinary masterpiece that reflects the evolving identity of Roberto’s while staying rooted in authentic Italian excellence.
