INGREDIENTS |
For the cake
- Domo Extra Moist Cake French Vanilla or Domo Extra Moist Cake Chocolate Fudge
- 3 eggs
- 240ml (1 cup) water
- 65ml (1/3 cup) vegetable oil
- Filling
- Blueberries or strawberries to taste
- A sprinkle of powdered sugar
For the whipped cream
- ½ cup (120ml) cold milk
- One sachet of Domo whipped cream
PREPARATION |
1. Pre-Heat oven to 180°C (350°F). Generously grease all types of pans, lightly flour or spray nonstick cooking spray.
2. Beat Cake mix, water, oil and eggs in large bowl at low speed for 30 seconds; beat 3 minutes at medium speed. Pour batter into pan.
3. Bake in oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
4. Cool cake for 5 minutes in pan before removing it.
5. Frost when completely cooled with DOMO whipped cream.
For the whipped cream
1. Blend in a deep narrow bowl ½ cup (120ml) of cold milk and one sachet of DOMO whipped Cream.
2. Beat at high speed with mixer for about 4 minutes or until topping is light and fluffy.
3. Stir before serving, add 1-2 teaspoons (5-10 ml) of cold milk if topping seems too thick.
4. Store covered in refrigerator and serve.
