INGREDIENTS |
- 250g Chickpeas
- 250g Freekeh
- 500g Foul (peeled)
- 10g Dill
- 50ml Water
- 160g White onions
- 2g Bicarbonate
- 30pcs Garlic
- 50g Fresh coriander
- 1g Ginger powder
- 1g White pepper powder
- 1g Sweet pepper powder
- 1g Cinnamon powder
- 1og Coriander powder
- 2g Cumin
- 1g Cardamon
- 15g Salt
PREPARATION |
1. Soak the Chickpeas, freekeh, and peeled Foul the night before.
2. Blend the Chickpeas, freekeh, and peeled Foul with Garlic. Then add water and the rest of spices ingredients and mix the whole mixture by hand only.
3. Make small balls by hand and deep fry the balls for 7 minutes then serve hot.
