- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1tsp Dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp peanut oil
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- Salt & pepper to taste
1. Mix white wine vinegar with salt and pepper in jar.
2. Put lid on and shake until salt has dissolved.
3. Add Dijon mustard and shake again.
4. Add oil and garlic and shake well.
5. Serve over salad, new potatoes or French beans.
