GARLIC-GRILLED U.S. TURKEY BREAST

BY USA POULTRY & EGG EXPORT COUNCIL
Serves 4| Prep/cooking time 180mins
INGREDIENTS

1U.S. turkey breast (bone-in)
¼cup processed garlic
1tbsp. olive oil
1tbsp. unsalted butter, softened
Salt and allspice to taste

PREPARATION

Season U.S. turkey breast with salt and allspice.
Let stand for half an hour.
Place on a lightly greased grill, rub with butter and cook for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
Mix well garlic with oil and salt.
Spread breast with one teaspoon of garlic sauce and grill for 2 more minutes.
Serve with steamed vegetables.
