INGREDIENTS |
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup ghee
• 2 cups flour
• ½ tsp vanilla
• 400g rose raha (loukoum) filling
PREPARATION |
1. Mix the sugar and ghee in a bowl or using an electric mixer.
2. Add the flour slowly while mixing to create the dough.Divide the dough into several pieces.
3. Cut the raha into small pieces and insert it in the dough to get a ball shape and then squeeze
the mold into any pre-fabricated shape.
4. Bake for 6 minutes at 220°C.
