Plymoth gin 41.2%
Plymouth Gin has a clear juniper aroma, but one can also appreciate a taste of lavender, camphor, lemon, sage and eucalyptus. Shake 50 cc Plymouth Gin with 50 cc of freshly squeezed orange juice and a teaspoon of good quality honey in a Boston shaker, half filled with ice. Pour the mix into a martini glass and garnished with an orange peel, star anise and 3 juniper berries.
Gin Mare 42.7%
For this drink I torch a batch of fresh rosemary and orange peel and topple the balloon glass over the fume for few seconds until the glass fogs. I then fill the glass with ice cubes and combine the gin with an aromatic tonic like Fever Tree Mediterranean tonic water. The drink is garnished with fresh rosemary and 2-3 seeds of cardamom.

Saffron Gin 40%
Saffron Gin is based on an old recipe originating from the French colonies in India. It is made by hand in small batches. The aroma is that of orange and mandarin with a hint of juniper. The delayed saffron taste surprises you with every sip. I combine it with neutral tonic and simply add 2-3 well rounded coffee beans and 2 saffron strips.
