INGREDIENTS |
3 cups oat flaked
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup sliced almond
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
Salt
Cinnamon
PREPARATION |
- Preheat oven to 170°C.
- Mix the oat, extra virgin olive oil, honey (or maple syrup) and a pinch of cinnamon and salt.
- In a heated frying pan, mix the various seeds (pumpkin/sunflower) and almonds than combine to the oat mixture.
- Arrange on a baking tray and bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Stir half way during baking.
