- 0.250g fusilli (uncooked)
- 0.150g green apple
- 0.200g orange
- 0.150g nefle
- 0.010g raisin
- 0.010g almond
- 0.010g chia seed
- 0.040g sugar granulated
- 0.040l rum
- 0.200l orange juice
- 0.150g strawberry
- 0.020g mint
- 0.010g orange peel
- 0.010l lemon juice
PREPARATION |
- Dice the green apple, nefle, orange and half of the strawberry.
- Chop the mint.
- On slow fire, cook the orange juice with the orange peels and add the rum.
- Chop the other half of the strawberry and cook it with sugar on slow fire.
- Add lemon juice and cook until it softens.
- Mix all the ingredients together with the cooked pasta and top it with chia seeds, the raisins and almonds,
