My dream is to foster the global growth of Sunset Hospitality, extending our culinary influence far and wide. I envision our culinary portfolio flourishing globally, leaving a lasting impact on the global culinary landscape by bringing diverse flavors and cultural richness to people worldwide.
- What are your current projects and plans?
This year has been exceptionally busy as we prepare for the grand openings of SUSHISAMBA in Abu Dhabi, Singapore, and Milan in the coming year. As the Culinary Director, I oversee Attiko and Sachi, managing operations in Dubai and coordinating launches in Bali, Vietnam, and Bodrum. I am actively involved in guiding the culinary team at Sachi London and spearheading the launch of Sachi in Milan.

I embrace the concept of Fun Dining, crafting experiences that blend cuisine and culture to delight taste buds and spark joy. My culinary goal is to transform meals into vibrant, memorable chapters, fostering connections, celebrating diversity, and savoring life’s unique moments.
