Jars & Co is an online healthy meals delivery kitchen based in Beirut. The meals are made from fresh ingredients and delivered only in eco-friendly packaging. The main menu items are fresh salads in glass jars, warm grain meals, healthy dessert, and breakfast items.
As a health coach, the founder Abir Chammah has found during the last two years of coaching people on changing their eating habits to healthy ones that most of her clients had similar concerns; They were frustrated by the lack of affordable healthy meals options in Beirut and did not have time to cook due to their busy schedule. She saw a need for a kitchen that can provide clean eating options which are not made from processed ingredients, but made from quality ingredients and had no hidden sugar, nor preservatives/chemicals.

In addition to that Jars and Co pledges to be the first delivery kitchen in Lebanon to deliver with zero plastic packaging items. Currently, the plastic was reduced by 90%, in addition to using glass jars, Jars, and Co uses biodegradable forks and knives, and edible plates.
